Brian Gargiulo MBE
Director
Brian has been a greenhouse tomato grower in Canterbury for 37 years. He is a Director of the industry group representing commercial fruit and vegetable growers, Horticulture New Zealand. Since 1990 he has been a Council member for the New Zealand Vegetable and Potato Growers’ Federation and became President in 1998. Brian has been a Director of Market Gardeners Ltd since 1980 and Chairman since 1992. He is also a Director and Chairman of La Manna Bananas in Melbourne and Adelaide; Verona Fruit, Melbourne; and the Australian Banana Company in Tully, Queensland. He is also a director for AMI Insurance.
Brian became a director of Lincoln Ventures in 2007 and is a member of the Lincoln University Council.
