Author Guide
Conference proceedings will be published post-conference on IEEE Xplore. The submission process is laid out in several simple steps below. Please use the links provided to access the relevant online-tools.

Step 1: Prepare your initial submission on one of the full-paper templates provided above. Submit the paper to the IVCNZ08 submission tool here by 15 September. (Note: submissions must be in the PDF file format. The IEEE PDF Express Xpress tool (see step 2) will convert the Word and LaTeX documents to PDF for you)

Step 2: Accepted papers need to be verified as IEEE Xplore-compatible and can be checked here using IEEE PDF Xpress. When registering as a new user please use the Conference ID: ivcnz08x.

Step 3: Prepare and submit an extended abstract of the accepted paper (Extended Abstract templates are above) to ivcnz@lvl.co.nz by 31 October 2008. This does not need to be validated using IEEE PDF express as it is for the conference programme booklet.

Step 4: Submit the final accepted PDF file (from IEEE PDF Xpress) using theIVCNZ08 submission tool by 25 November 2008. This date is non-extendible.

Copyright transfer: The IEEE electronic copyright transfer form will be available for completion at the conference for all accepted papers.
